RYNO BOTHA
Accountant and Tax Specialist
After I matriculated in 2001, I pursued my studies at Unisa for B.Com Accounting. I was also working part-time for the family business. In 2005, I started working full-time at CT Botha & Associates CC under the guidance of my parents.
Today, I specialize in personal Income Tax, Payroll and Accounting. I am a Tax Technician registered with South African Institute of Taxation (SAIT) and a registered Tax Practitioner with SARS. In March 2022, I took the next step in my journey by establishing ETBO Accounting & Tax Services, alongside my trusted co-worker and “partner in crime,” Anel Herbst, with whom I share a strong working relationship and mutual dedication to our clients.
Anel Herbst
Professional Accountant
I began my career in January 1997, fresh from matric, working under the guidance of CT Botha & Associates CC, who has since retired. Starting from the ground up, I built my career through hard work, careful listening, and a strong commitment to learning.
Today, I am a Professional Accountant registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and a registered Tax Practitioner with SARS. In March 2022, I took the next step in my journey by establishing ETBO Accounting & Tax Services, alongside my trusted co-worker and “partner in crime,” Ryno Botha, with whom I share a strong working relationship and mutual dedication to our clients.
I am passionate about my work and value the long-term relationships I build with my clients. Having started and grown my own business, I truly understand the challenges of entrepreneurship and strive to support my clients with service that is professional, fair, and dependable. Above all, I care deeply about helping my clients feel confident, supported, and at ease when it comes to their finances.
Natalie Botha
Bookkeeper and Office Manager
I began my career in January 2006, after matriculating. I was offered a receptionist position at CT Botha & Associates CC. I started my career with no experience and only motivation.
This is where I met my husband, Ryno Botha. We work very well together.
Today, I have over 20 years’ experience in SARS and CIPC registrations, bookkeeping, filing, solving IT software problems and all the office requirements you can think of. They don’t call me “Jack of all trades” for nothing.
I love helping everyone where I can. I take pride in my work and strive to keep on improving and staying up to date with the latest regulations and changes.
Bookkeeper and Payroll Manager
After matriculating in 2011, I began studying in 2012 toward my Psychology degree. I graduated in 2018 from the University of South Africa with a Higher Certificate and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Counselling, all while working part-time.
At the end of 2018, I was approached by CT Botha & Associates with a job offer and started working there in early 2019. I immediately fell in love with accounting, and it became my new path in life. In 2022, CT Botha & Associates merged with ETBO Accounting & Tax Services. It is now seven years later, and I thoroughly enjoy the work that I do.
I am a bookkeeper up to trial balance, with a passion for payroll, HR, and labour law. I have a strong work ethic and am a bit of a perfectionist. My Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is currently a work in progress.
